My Journey to Coaching
Throughout my career, I was often the mentor my team members turned to for advice. My friends would also come to me for perspective, and many have credited my guidance with helping them succeed. They'd joke that I should be a psychologist because I help them see things they couldn't. I love helping people see the value within themselves by showing trust and supporting them along the way. This passion naturally led me to coaching.
