Hi! I'm Lucia Csoma, an ICF-certified coach with over 20 years of business experience. I work with professionals through the first 90 days in a new role, helping them thrive and love their new role.

My approach is straightforward: I meet you where you are:

My Journey to Coaching
Throughout my career, I was often the mentor my team members turned to for advice. My friends would also come to me for perspective, and many have credited my guidance with helping them succeed. They'd joke that I should be a psychologist because I help them see things they couldn't. I excel at helping people see the value within themselves by showing trust and supporting them along the way. This passion naturally led me to coaching.

Quick Overview of My Career Journey

• I started as a bookkeeper, and in my early 20s, I became the Director of Operations at a manufacturing company, leading over 100 people. 

• During my maternity break, I fell in love with web design, opened my agency, and contracted with Genentech and Roche. 

• I transitioned into UI/UX design, started working for a startup, and became a product manager. 

• What I loved the most in all my positions was the personal development aspect, and that is why I decided to become a coach. 

• While coaching, I'm privileged to have a front-row seat in people's success and I decided to launch a podcast where I interview people on achieving challenging goals to create a library of success stories that will inspire, offer insights, and information to help others reach similar goals.
